Motor vehicles are not the
only mode of transportation that will be accommodated at Blue
Ball. A segment of the Northern Delaware Greenway also is being
constructed. It will run through the east side recreation area,
pass under Concord Pike, snake across the conservation area on the
west side and go through Alapoas Woods to the Brandywine.
Eventually the pedestrian and bicycle trail will link Fox Point
park on the Delaware River with downtown Wilmington. |
